Phillip Pardo with Pardo Hearth Designs is exactly the person we had hoped for. Not only does he handle a very quality product, his service is impeccable. After weeks of research and looking, we found the Kozy Heat fireplace to be top quality and have a beautiful burn. Phillip came to our home to talk about our needs, and I will add that his sales are not at all pressured. The order arrived on time; his prices were comparable if not better than his competition (which, by the way, discouraged the fireplace of our choice so they could sell us something we wouldn't have been as pleased with), and the installation went without a hitch. He worked with our builder during the pre-installation and was ready to set us up with our logs on the date we requested. You could tell he even enjoyed watching our faces when he lit up this beautiful fireplace the first time. He obviously takes pride in his work! We were also impressed with how clean he kept his work area with a drop cloth he furnished.
Phillip not only does his job, but goes beyond the call of duty for his clients. There was a question regarding the level of natural gas entering the home for our fireplace and Phillip came out immediately to check that for us. In fact, he insisted upon it. It was the problem of the gas company. We would be happy to refer Phillip Pardo for any job of this nature because we know he will offer the product and service we came to appreciate.
